Gemma Churchill

Gemma has an MA in Personnel and Development and is an associate member of the CIPD with almost 10 years’ HR experience. After gaining a BA in Business Studies at Southampton University, she returned to North Devon to develop her career in HR. She specialises in performance management, recruitment, training, redundancy and executive coaching. Gemma also has extensive experience in producing staff handbooks, policies and literature. Based in our Barnstaple office, Gemma also visits clients on a regular basis. Gemma has particular HR knowledge of the food services industry, engineering sector, hospitality and leisure, and communications and media industry.
