Hampshire holds two working economies at once. The coast around Southampton and Portsmouth is maritime, defence and logistics, much of it on long contracts with security requirements attached. The north of the county, around Basingstoke and Winchester, is office-based professional services within commuting distance of London.

Yes. Plenty of clients bring us in for a single tribunal claim, a restructure or a TUPE transfer, then come back when the next one lands.
Usually within a few days. Where something urgent has landed, such as a grievance or a suspension, we can normally speak to you the same week.
