We supercharge your organisation’s agility and performance to help your business grow

Business is changing faster than ever. Workplaces need to be ready to adapt and keep up. If you’re not staying flexible, you’re falling behind.
Organisational development is like giving your business a superpower – it’s all about boosting effectiveness through your people. Since everything in an organisation is connected, taking a holistic approach helps us get to the root of the real issues and create change (that will last).
We’re here to understand how you tick and help you maximise your people’s potential to hit your goals again and again. Whether you need to level up your leaders or completely revamp your culture, we’ve got the expertise to turn your vision into reality.
“Think of Organisational Development as the roots of a tree. Honing and optimising your workforce ensures your business remains anchored during harsh weather, but it also provides the tree with nourishment so it can continue to grow…”

How we help our clients to achieve sustained improvement
The Five Phases of OD:

The First Steps
Understanding why your organisation operates the way it does and identifying ways it can be improved are some of the very first steps of any OD work. We seamlessly synchronise with your business, lay the foundations and understand where you are as a business versus where you want to be. We then, essentially, start that journey of moving you from A to B with our team of specialists.

Diagnosing the Pain Points
This is where we really get a handle on the ‘why’ to understand exactly what it is your organisation needs to improve. We look at data, analyse behaviours, identify strengths (and weaknesses), as well as taking a deep dive into processes and culture. For a culture change piece, this might look like an engagement survey or focus groups. But by the end of this phase, we’ve diagnosed the issue and can present you with the fix.

The Action Plan
This bit’s all about getting everyone on the same page. We help you to understand what your specific OD project will help you to achieve, so every single stakeholder is invested. From there, we can create a plan of action and drive forward the OD project. You’ll know actions, timelines and what we’ll need to get the project over the line.

The Roll Out
Implementing the plan of action can now take place. Our OD experts take the reins and roll out the initiatives identified to address your organisational pain point. This is a critical part of the work and requires meticulous management. We take care of this for you, from start to finish.

Keeping Track
There’s little point in pulling the trigger on any piece of work to enhance your business if you aren’t able to see at a glance how it performed and whether it had the desired impact. We compare data before and after the OD initiative to understand how effective it was in practice. This might look like measuring employee engagement scores, productivity levels or even retention.
Make your recruitment the envy of your competition
These days, if you lose good applicants as a result of a bad candidate experience, you can be sure it won’t just be you who knows about it. There’s nowhere to hide any more: negative online reviews and word of mouth travel fast. Our experienced team, digital tools and media knowledge can help you deliver exceptional candidate experiences for your organisation, and recruitment kudos for your employer brand.
