Let’s start by talking a little bit about Lisa’s journey with Fitzgerald.

Lisa started as a Senior HR Consultant, quickly proving her ability to deliver exceptional results for clients. From there, she took on the role of People Services Manager, leading a team of consultants across the South East. Next, as Policy and Process Manager, Lisa honed her skills in developing robust HR policies, contracts, and procedures. Lisa has also been part of our Communications and New Business team, crafting engaging content and helping businesses to identify what they need from an outsourced HR provider. Now, her path has taken an exciting new direction, and she brings all her incredible experience to her current role.

Lisa Alexander is now part of our Operations and Finance team, based in Sussex. With a fantastic eye of detail, Lisa has now stepped into the role of Operations, Compliance and People Governance specialist. Lisa is now responsible for ensuring our approach to data protection is rigorous and in line with legislation. She supports the team with compliance oversight, people governance processes and the day-to-day structure that helps us deliver a great experience for clients. Whether it’s reviewing policies, strengthening our systems, or making sure the right checks and controls are in place, Lisa brings calm and precision to everything she does.
