People Operations Manager

Lisa’s journey at Fitzgerald has been a varied one. Since joining us in 2020, she’s worked across several areas of the business, building a great understanding of how we work and what makes us tick. From supporting clients and leading our South East HR team, to developing our policies and processes, spending time in Communications and New Business, and more recently taking on responsibility for compliance and data protection, Lisa’s certainly covered a lot of ground.

And it’s this very mix of experience that she’s now bringing to her role as people operations manager

Based in East Sussex, Lisa manages our internal People Operations function – focussing on our own people and making sure Fitzgerald continues to be a great place to work. Looking after everything from recruitment and onboarding, to colleague engagement and the day-to-day people matters that come with running a business. She’s responsible for making sure our people policies and processes are practical, up to date and work for the people using them.

Lisa also oversees Fitzgerald’s approach to employment compliance and data protection, working closely with our Finance and Operations Director to make sure we’re meeting our responsibilities and doing things properly.

With a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in making things better, Lisa enjoys finding ways to simplify processes, improve how we work and make life a little easier for her colleagues. For her, it’s about making sure the right support is in place so that everyone at Fitzgerald can focus on doing what they do best.
