Empowering SENISCA’s New Managers to Excel in Performance Management

SENISCA is an award-winning biotechnology company from the University of Exeter, dedicated to groundbreaking research in RNA biology to combat age-related diseases. Known for their innovative approach and excellence in scientific advancements, SENISCA is pioneering treatments that promise to transform healthcare for ageing populations.

The Challenge

As a growing biotech firm, SENISCA had appointed five new line managers who would be responsible for holding performance related conversations for the first time. SENSICA wanted to make sure these individuals had the knowledge and confidence to hold these conversations with their team and do them really well.

SENISCA reached out to us to design and deliver a training programme that would give their managers the skills they needed to hold these performance conversations.

Designing the training, uniquely for SENISCA

We designed a comprehensive full-day workshop specifically for their team of new line managers.

We spent time getting to know the managers at SENISCA so we could shape the training around the skills they really need to succeed in their roles.
