People Business Partner

Based in Hampshire, Kirsty McNeil has spent over 15 years in HR, supporting businesses with everything from everyday people queries to big-picture projects. She’s worked across health care, financial services, funeral services and construction, so she knows how to adapt her approach to different environments. What stays the same is her down-to-earth, collaborative style, she enjoys working alongside managers to find the best way forward with their people challenges.

Kirsty is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, with a Level 7 Diploma in HR Management, as well as an ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring. Over the years, she’s covered the full employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, wellbeing and more. She especially enjoys running training sessions that make HR processes clear and useful, and looking at people data to spot what’s working well and where things could improve.
