This is truly music to our ears. As an HR consultancy, our customer journey is a priority. We ensure that we understand the people operations market and stay ahead of the curve. What are we doing next?
We know it’s important for our business to evolve and improve our service continuously. To strengthen our provision, we’ve made the decision to create a senior management team with ‘Head of’ positions to sit above our specialist management roles. This will see our service streams becoming even more robust whilst simultaneously adding capacity and resilience to our team during busier periods.
