Dealing with employee relations issues at work, such as grievance complaints, disciplinary investigations and capability issues, can be time consuming, particularly when you need to take time to consider the employment legislation and also continue with your day to day work.

We can provide telephone, email and video call advice, drafting letters, conducting investigations and attending meetings as needed. Which gives you peace of mind that the issues with be handled effectively. In normal circumstances, we would be able to provide advice on-site.

We know that workplace investigations can be a serious drain on your time. Managers and HR professionals rarely have the time to conduct an investigation properly but not doing it thoroughly can be risky. We can do these investigations for you so you can be sure your procedures are followed and we operate in line with current employment legislation.

Some of our clients outsource all their investigations and employee relations activity to us. Others just ask us to handle the occasional, more complicated, issue. We can conduct investigations remotely, using video and teleconference software to assist you at any stage of your grievance, discipline, whistleblowing, bullying and harassment, or capability procedures. Under normal circumstances, our HR Consultants would be able to support you on site anywhere in the UK.
