Parissa is our Resourcing and Talent Specialist, based in West Sussex. She brings over nine years’ experience across talent acquisition and HR, having worked in sectors including advertising, PR, pharma, tech and ecommerce.

Parissa is passionate about helping organisations attract the right people and building hiring approaches that actually work. She has a particular interest in employer branding, and enjoys working closely with teams to shape how roles are positioned and how organisations show up in the market.

With an MSc in Experimental Psychology, Parissa brings a thoughtful approach to resourcing, paired with a strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in people. She’s known for being easy to work with and incredibly invested in creating positive experiences for both candidates and hiring managers.
