Christina Jones – Reward Consultant

Christina is a MCIPD qualified Reward Specialist based in the Midlands but supporting clients across the UK.  

Having spent 9 years in in-house reward positions, Christina moved to consulting in January 2019 and has gained significant experience in SMEs and large organisations in the private sector retail, manufacturing and technology industries amongst others, as well as working with third sector charities more recently.   

Christina is able to support businesses with designing reward strategies, creating reward frameworks, market benchmarking and pay and benefit design and policy.
