Natasha is a CIPD-qualified People professional and qualified Executive Coach, with a passion for helping organisations build successful, high-performing cultures through their greatest asset: their people.

Natasha has spent her career supporting UK-based and international businesses across a diverse range of sectors, including financial services, fintech, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, law and the not-for-profit sector. 

She began her career in recruitment before moving into Learning & Development and progressing into senior People roles, including Head of People & Culture and Director of People Projects. In these roles, Natasha has led and delivered people strategies, projects and initiatives designed to support organisational growth, transformation and performance. She then moved into the HR technology space as an HRIS Consultant, combining her people expertise with a strong understanding of how technology can enable more effective and strategic people management.

Natasha’s areas of interest and specialism include people strategy, organisational development, culture, leadership, employee experience, people projects and HR technology. She is particularly passionate about helping organisations align their people strategy with their wider business objectives, creating environments where both people and businesses can thrive.

Based in Exeter, Devon, Natasha works with organisations across the UK and internationally.
