Finance Manager

Marilyn joined Fitzgerald HR in December 2021 as Finance & Payroll Co-Ordinator was promoted to Finance Manager in December 2022. Marilyn is based in Devon, and brings her extensive financial expertise to the team.

Before joining Fitzgerald HR, Marilyn spent an impressive 18 years as a Finance Manager in a mixed veterinary practice, where she built her strong understanding of business finance through bookkeeping and payroll.

Marilyn holds a qualification from the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) and achieved the designation of Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (MICB). She has also undertaken and achieved a Payroll Management (PM Dip) qualification.

Outside of work, Marilyn enjoys immersing herself in the beautiful surroundings of Devon, embracing the region’s scenic landscapes whilst walking with her 3 Flatcoated Retrievers, cycling the many hills where she lives and when it is cool enough growing vegetables in the poly tunnel!

With her wealth of experience and dedication to excellence, Marilyn is an indispensable asset to the Fitzgerald HR team, ensuring financial stability and growth for our organisation.
