Amy Hatswell

People Business Partner

Based in Plymouth, Devon, Amy brings 13 years of hands-on HR experience across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, retail, engineering, mining, construction and industrial services.

With a BA (Hons) degree, CIPD Level 5 qualification and CMI Level 7 qualification, Amy is an Associate Member of the CIPD and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute. She’s also studied psychometrics at Cambridge University, holds a professional certificate in RQTU and is a member of the British Psychological Society.

Having spent much of her career working in busy, multisite businesses, Amy knows that people challenges aren’t always straightforward. She has plenty of experience in employee relations, organisational change, restructures and TUPE, helping businesses navigate tricky situations while keeping their people at the heart of the decisions they make.

Amy loves getting to know the businesses she works with, understanding what makes them tick and finding practical solutions that work for everyone. She’s all about helping organisations tackle their people challenges with confidence, build strong workplace cultures and achieve their business goals without losing sight of the people who make it all happen.
