Leadership Coach

As an Organisation Development Consultant and Leadership Coach, Hilary is based in Devon and supports leaders in the South West and beyond.

Hilary has a post graduate diploma in Occupational Assessment from the University of Surrey, with Ability (Level A) and Personality (Level B) Occupational Assessment Qualifications from the British Psychological Society. In addition, Hilary is a certified MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and FIRO B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior) practitioner.

Having worked across private and public sectors, Hilary has over 25 years experience in senior Corporate and Consultancy roles. Hilary has extensive experience of providing coaching and organisation development support for SMEs and large organisations in the private sector, such as retail and professional services, as well as the public sector.

In addition, her experience in senior roles in HR and operations enables her to have a commercial approach, and ensure initiatives are integrated to support the HR strategies of your organisation. As a result, Hilary’s experience has given her specialist knowledge in Organisation Development, Occupational Assessment, Talent Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Coaching.
