OD and Leadership Associate

Based in London, Simon Burton is an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Accredited Executive Coach, with over 20 years’ experience in organisational change, culture, talent management, coaching, and leadership development. He works with organisations to build stronger leadership, better teams and workplaces where people can do their best work.

Simon has worked across FTSE and AIM-listed companies, as well as privately owned and family-run businesses, in sectors including retail, finance, hospitality, healthcare, facilities management and pharmaceuticals. He’s held senior HR roles and worked at Executive level, partnering directly with Boards and leadership teams in the UK and internationally.

Simon brings a practical, commercial approach, shaped by growing up in a family business and supporting organisations through both growth and high-pressure change. He holds a Graduate Certificate in Organisational Development (Sussex University) and is trained in tools including Somatic Cognitive Coaching, Real-World Group 360, Insights Discovery and Emotional Intelligence.
