Jack is a Senior Employee Relations Specialist with broad generalist HR experience and a particular interest in employee relations and complex case management.

Having worked across engineering, manufacturing, automotive services and SME environments, Jack has experience supporting managers and businesses with a wide range of people matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, absence and capability, performance management, restructuring, redundancy and TUPE.

Jack particularly enjoys getting to the heart of complex employee relations issues and providing clear, pragmatic advice that balances employment law, commercial considerations and the importance of treating people fairly. He is passionate about making HR advice practical and accessible, helping managers feel confident in dealing with difficult situations rather than simply telling them what they can and cannot do.

Based in Bromsgrove/Worcestershire/Birmingham/West Midlands (pick which one works best), Jack brings a practical and approachable style to his work and enjoys working closely with clients to find sensible solutions to their people challenges.
