Employee Relations Specialist

Elizabeth is our Employee Relations Specialist, based in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. She is a Chartered CIPD member with a strong academic background, having studied Law at Sheffield University (BA Law with German) before completing her MSc in Human Resource Management with the Open University.

Elizabeth brings significant public sector experience, particularly within local authorities, where she has managed complex employee relations matters and supported organisations through restructures, including TUPE processes.

She has supported organisations through sensitive and often complex employee relations matters, helping managers handle difficult situations with empathy.

With a background in law as well as HR, Elizabeth brings a steady, thoughtful approach to her work. She’s known for staying calm under pressure, looking at issues from all angles.
