Laura enjoys working closely with leaders to turn people challenges into clear, workable solutions. She is known for her friendly, approachable style and pairs this with a strong commercial mindset, making sure people decisions feel right and make sense for the business too. She has a natural ability to balance empathy with action, especially when things feel complex.

Laura has studied CIPD Level 5 and holds a CMI Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership, alongside a degree in Business Management. She is passionate about building strong relationships, developing confident leaders, and helping organisations unlock their potential through their people.
