People Services Director (Business Partnering)

Vicki Ellis is our People Services Director, leading our Business Partnering function at Fitzgerald, based in the heart of North Devon.

With a practical, down-to-earth approach and many years of experience in HR, Vicki is passionate about helping businesses get the best out of their people. She leads an incredible team of HR Consultants, making sure our clients receive the first-class support they deserve.

Her journey in HR started in 2011 as an apprentice in the further education sector. Fast-forward to today, and Vicki is CIPD-qualified to Level 7 and holds a first-class MSc in Human Resource Management from the University of Exeter. Her research on pay and benefits (looking at how different generations approach rewards) adds an extra layer of expertise to the support she provides.

What sets Vicki apart is her personal touch. She’s just as comfortable sitting down with clients on-site as she is offering advice over the phone, always focused on delivering practical solutions that work for your business.
