Head of People Partnering (South West)

Chloe leads our team of People Business Partners in the South East, making sure businesses get the HR support they need to succeed. She oversees a team focused on delivering tailored HR solutions for clients across lots of different industries.

Chloe has an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and has several years of experience in HR business partner and consultancy roles. Chloe has an HR background in the public sector, working with councils as well as the Hertfordshire Constabulary.

Chloe is dedicated to providing practical, effective solutions that make a real impact. Having worked across sectors like retail and education, she knows how to address the diverse HR challenges businesses face and guides her team in finding the right approach for each situation.

Chloe’s role is all about leading her team to deliver expert HR support on everything from employee relations to development and change management. She makes sure our clients in the South East have the HR expertise they need to stay on track and grow.
