As Fitzgerald’s Head of Employee Relations, Natalie Randle leads and oversees our Employee Relations team, ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency and professionalism across all aspects of our employee relations work. She provides expert guidance on complex people-related matters such as disciplinaries and grievances.

With a CIPD Level 7 qualification and over 12 years’ experience across both the private and public sector including retail, professional services and local government, Natalie has significant knowledge and expertise in employee relations matters.

Natalie studied at the University of Southampton, gaining a BSc in Politics, along with an MSc in Social Statistics. Later studying at the London Southbank University, Natalie gained her postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management.

Passionate about people, Natalie enjoys delivering effective and people focused solutions that align with the strategic goals and values of an organisation. Adept in navigating the complexities and nuances of employee relations cases, Natalie demonstrates expert knowledge of employment law, ensuring legal compliance at every step. In addition to that, Natalie operates with a high level of commercial awareness.
