Based in North Devon, Millie has built up a really broad background, with experience across retail, security operations, business support, and manufacturing. For the last eight and a half years, she has worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing, spending six of those in HR. Over the past few years, she has worked as an HR Generalist and Commercial HR Business Partner across the UK and Ireland.

CIPD Level 3 qualified, Millie is down-to-earth and people-focused, and she is at her best when she is adding real value to people’s working lives. She takes a calm, considered approach and is known for being approachable and easy to talk to, even when the conversation feels tricky.

Millie enjoys the variety that comes with generalist HR and spends much of her time supporting managers and employees with practical advice and coaching. That might be around flexible working, sickness absence, performance, or family-related matters such as maternity. Her focus is always on helping people feel supported, listened to, and clear on what comes next.
