Amy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and brings a wealth of HR experience from across retail, the public sector, government, finance, IT and defence.

Based in West Somerset, Amy has worked with organisations through all sorts of people challenges and change. She has particular experience in TUPE and restructures, as well as recruitment and leadership development.

Building strong relationships is at the heart of how Amy works. She’s great at getting to know the people she works with, understanding what matters to them and their organisation, and bringing different stakeholders together to get things moving in the right direction.

Practical, approachable and focused on finding the right outcome, Amy combines her broad HR experience with a real understanding of the people behind every challenge.
