The Salon

“We started working with Fitzgerald in 2016. They were recommended to us by Hannah at Six Degrees Marketing in Exmouth. She had a client in Exeter who worked with Fitzgerald and was very happy with them, and Hannah thought that Fitzgerald would be a great fit for us at The Salon.

We’re really happy with the support we’ve received since then, and continue to receive from the Fitzgerald team.

As owners of a hairdressing business, we were keen to find an external HR provider that had a team of HR professionals that understood our business and our team. It was great to have someone from outside of the business to support us.

Fitzgerald are able to provide a neutral view to resolve any issues, and we have been thrilled to find someone that really understands our company and our team.

Fitzgerald deliver exactly what we need of them, to the fullest. We attended their GDPR for Employers session in April 2018 in Barnstaple, which was great and very informative.

The best thing about working with Fitzgerald is that the team really resonate with our staff. It’s great having a team of professionals to support our team who can understand and relate to our staff.

I would most definitely recommend Fitzgerald. In fact, we already recommend Fitzgerald to local businesses that are looking for HR support. From the beginning, Fitzgerald have been very professional.

Fitzgerald are an excellent HR consultancy; they go above and beyond to provide support. They are very responsive and very quick to respond and offer solutions.

I find it totally reassuring knowing that I can call up, ask a question, and Fitzgerald have the answer immediately. It is great to have their support and presence in meetings.

We know that Fitzgerald will always do right by the team, and right by us. It’s great to have that support and peace of mind.
