Alice Hellmund is a dedicated People Partnering Manager based in Barnstaple, North Devon, supporting clients across the South West (and also further afield). With 16 years of HR experience – most recently in education and previously across industries like engineering and care – she understands the real complexities businesses face when it comes to managing people and also staying up to date with changing employment laws.

An Associate CIPD Member (Level 5) with a degree in Business and a background in Client Services, Alice combines her technical expertise with a genuine people-focused approach. She knows that strong relationships are at the heart of effective HR, and she works closely with clients to make sure they receive the clear, practical support they need.
