Frances began her HR career in 2011 and has spent the last eight years specialising in employee relations. She’s worked across industries as diverse as online luxury fashion and construction, giving her valuable insight into the various challenges that different workplaces face.

With a CIPD Level 5 qualification, Frances combines her technical knowledge with a practical, people-centered approach. She’s skilled at managing complex workplace situations, offering clear advice, and supporting both managers and employees through sensitive issues.

Known for her approachable and calm demeanour, Frances takes pride in finding fair, balanced solutions that work for everyone. She’s passionate about creating positive working environments and building strong, respectful relationships at all levels.
