Mark Burridge is a People Business Partner based in Exeter, Devon supporting clients across the South West and beyond. As a Chartered CIPD member, Mark holds the Level 7 Diploma in HR Management and a degree in Psychology.

Mark partners with HR professionals and managers on an extensive range of HR issues ranging from sickness absence, disciplinary, grievances, performance management, recruitment and training. Mark is a Mental Health First Aider and has HR experience working with various industries including manufacturing, commercial, financial wealth management, and the public sector.

Mark has led redundancy and restructuring exercises by providing extensive support and guidance to the CEO of an organisation looking to reduce its workforce. He also has strong experience providing generalist guidance to clients and managers on a range of topics including flexible working requests, shared parental leave and employee relations casework.
