With over 10 years of experience in HR, Lea brings a lot to the table, especially when it comes to the unique challenges of the media and production world. She’s all about providing tailored, practical advice and support that makes sense for the industry – whether it’s handling tricky employee relations, navigating complex contracts, or offering insights on creative team dynamics.

Before focusing on Media and Production, Lea worked across a variety of sectors like Retail, Telecommunications, and Education. But it’s her expertise in Media, TV, Film, and Production that really sets her apart. Lea’s well-versed in everything from employee lifecycle management to wellbeing and engagement, and she has a real passion for developing training that speaks directly to her clients’ needs.
