People Business Partner

Phoebe is our People Business Partner, and a Chartered MCIPD with CIPD Level 7 qualifications. She brings wide-ranging HR Business Partner experience across sectors including funeral care, cyber security, IT and hospitality, giving her a practical, adaptable approach and a strong understanding of what great people support looks like in very different environments.

Phoebe’s core strength is tricky people challenges, and she’s particularly skilled at helping organisations handle complex ER situations in a way that protects their culture and supports fairness. She also has a strong background in pensions, bringing a valuable depth of understanding around how schemes work and the employee experience around them.

Alongside this, Phoebe has great experience in international employment law, HRIS and people analytics.
