Working with a wide range of businesses (from engineering and schools, to charities and healthcare), we offer a completely flexible service – some clients see us as an extension of their team providing their full HR service, whilst others work with us on individual projects. HR Consultant – North Devon

Job Type: Full time or minimum of 30 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Location: Barnstaple, North Devon

We’re looking for a HR Consultant to deliver a high quality and professional generalist HR service to our clients, providing expert HR advice and guidance whilst using excellent interpersonal skills to develop lasting relationships to strengthen and grow existing accounts.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients and colleagues to competently and efficiently handle the full breadth of HR issues including employee relations, resourcing, organisation development, training, pay and benefits, performance management, people management and business change.

With a commercial approach to your work, you will visit clients on site where required to support with a variety of HR related meetings including disciplinary/grievance investigations and hearings, recruitment interviews, return to work interviews and redundancy consultations. With support from the team and the resources available, you will produce accurate and compliant documentation in relation to all aspects of the employee lifecycle in addition to drafting and implementing policies in line with current legislation.

HR Consultant – London

Job Type: Part time, 4 days per week (30 hours per week) Mon to Thurs. Other working patterns will be considered.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on experience.
Location: The role is home based with a regular meetings to clients and an internal weekly meeting in our Feltham or Richmond locations.

HR Adviser – North Devon

We’re looking for a HR Adviser to deliver a high quality and professional HR service to our clients, providing expert HR advice and guidance to develop lasting relationships to help strengthen and grow existing accounts.

The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact in the office and will support the HR Consultants in the delivery of a high quality and professional HR service to our clients. As the first point contact for our clients, you will answer telephone calls and emails providing timely and accurate advice and guidance, in addition to producing letters and documentation to support the employee lifecycle and travelling to client sites when required.

You will develop an in depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses and with a good understanding of employment law, you will maintain and updates policies and handbooks in line with legislation. With a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle you will support the HR Consultants and our clients with a broad range of HR issues including, disciplinary and grievance investigations and hearings, resourcing, attendance management, capability and redundancy processes.

HR Associate

Due to the on-going growth we’re experiencing we are now seeking freelance HR professionals with a variety of specialisms in the South West and South East of England to work in partnership with our team of in-house HR Consultants and our clients.

The Person

We’re looking for candidates with solid experience in HR, either operating as a HR generalist/business partner, or a HR specialist.

You will need to have highly developed consulting, communication and influencing skills, including confidence in managing key stakeholders.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in the following streams of the human resources service:

Resourcing, Learning and Development, Business change, People Management, Pay and Benefits, Organisation Development, Performance Management and/or Employee Relations.
