Lucy Fitzgerald, Principal HR Consultant is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, with over 10 years’ experience in Human Resources.
Since graduating from Durham University in 1999, Lucy went on to study for a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and has worked with a variety of organisations, including SMEs, financial services and communications.
Lucy has also worked for the not for profit and public sector as Head of Human Resources and through the Cranfield Trust’s, HR consultancy work.

Monica Wray, HR Consultant, is a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University.
